Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is father-in-law and the FIR would reveal that the informant suspected that the petitioner was also involved in the commission of dowry death.

Learned counsel for the State submits that there is no other material in the case diary against the petitioner especially, no specific evidence of illegal demand. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57953 of 2017 (3) dt.05-01-2018 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Singhwara Police Station Case No.47 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
