Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 18 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Section 376(A)(D), 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 3(i)(r)(s)w(I)(II) and Section 3(2) (Va) of the SC/ST act and Section 6 of the POCSO Act. Learned A.P.P. for the State submits that this is a case of gang-rape and the material available also shows that the petitioner is involved in the same.

Considering the facts as mentioned above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
