JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI) Date: 13-09-2017 The sad State of affairs with regard to working of the Patna Medical College and Hospital is evident from the prayer made in the writ application and the expectation which the appellants have in the matter of appointment or regularization on certain technical post.
The learned Single Judge has rightly dismissed the writ application by holding that such posts require technical qualifications
Patna High Court LPA No.2140 of 2015 dt.13-09-2017 and eligibility. Merely because some of the Male Ward Attendant, Bearer and Cook are working as ECG Technicians, the same does not make them eligible for such absorption or appointment. If these are kind of technicians, who are running the hospital, only god can save the patients, not the system. The appeal is dismissed.
