Interlocutory Application is allowed.

Patna High Court MJC No.323 of 2016 (3) dt.02-08-2017 2/2 Let the legal heirs be substituted in place of the petitioner, Smt. Chinta Devi.

Now that mother of the substituted heirs is no more. The authorization has been made in favour of mother by the Accountant General, prior to the death, which happened on 2nd of October, 2016.

Let the Treasury Officer and authorities take steps for release of the arrears etc. of the wife of the late employee, who was the petitioner, initially, before this Court. The petitioners will follow up the matter with the Treasury Officer concerned, who will cooperate and advise them, accordingly, so that the issue can be settled now. All these must be done preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication / production of a copy of this order. Contempt application now stands disposed off with above direction.
