Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bagaha (Pathkhauli) P.S. Case No.16 of 2013 (Trial No.2831 of 2017), registered under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was declared absconder on 31.05.2014 and apprehended only on 22.07.2017, so his prayer of bail is rejected in connection with Bagaha (Pathkhauli) P.S. Case No.16 of 2013 (Trial No.2831 of 2017), pending in the court of learned ACJM, Bagaha, West Champaran with a direction to the trial court to separate the trial of the petitioner as other accused are not appearing and to conclude the trial preferably within a year.
