JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 03-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Malsalami P.S. Case No. 158 of 2016 for the offence under Sections 20, 22, 25, 25(a) of the N.D.P.S. Act. Considering the material available on record, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for grant of bail of the petitioner is rejected. However, the court below is directed to conclude the trial at the earliest preferably within a period of nine months on day-to-day basis and adopt all coercive measures for production of the prosecution witnesses.
