2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. All the FIR named accused persons including the petitioner, on non-fulfillment of demand of dowry, in furtherance of the common intention are said to have committed murder of the daughter of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased. He submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner rather allegation levelled against him is general and omnibus in nature. He further submits that petitioner has no

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected in connection with Sasaram(Baghaila) P.S. Case No. 19 of 2023.

7. However, petitioner shall be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.
