1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in Pirpainti P. S. Case No.144 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 34 of the I.P.C.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent. It is next submitted that petitioner was on police bail during the period of investigation, but the police in mechanical manner submitted charge-sheet based on which, cognizance came to be taken in the Year 2020.

4. At this stage, the learned A.P.P. submits that the petitioner at his leisure has moved this Court in the Year 2025.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned A.P.P., the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. The prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail stands rejected.
