2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 354 of the Indian Penal Code .
3. As per the prosecution case , petitioner is alleged to have tried to outrage the modesty of informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to political rivarly in the Panchayat election . As a matter of fact, petitioner has supported the rival candidates in the election due to which informant became agitated and lodged this false and concocted case against this petitioner. There is inordinate delay of one day in lodging the F.I.R., which makes the entire case doubtful.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class Gaya in connection with Chandauti P.S. case No. 69 of 2020 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
