The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Vishnupad P.S. Case No. 146 of 2020 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 337, 353, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. Further submission is that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

No.54299 of 2021(2) dt.26-04-2022 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Vishnupad P.S. Case No. 146 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
