The petitioner is in custody in connection with Maheshi P.S. Case No. 114 of 2017, a case under Sections 25(1b)a/35 of the Arms Act. A loaded country-made pistol was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 18.06.2017. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Submission is that the investigation is complete and petitioner is ready to cooperate in the trial. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of nine months

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57650 of 2017 (3) dt.05-01-2018 P2/ of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Maheshi P.S. Case No. 114 of 2017, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
