"That the petitioner prays for issuance of appropriate writ/and or direction/and or order commanding respondents to pay the statutory interest on paid CPF amount till the date of payment after retirement from the service of BSRTC."

4. The parties agree that the matter stands concluded by judgment and order dated 07.08.2015 in C.W.J.C. No. 15166 of 2014 in the case of Uttam Kumar Singh vs. The State of Bihar and Ors. and analogous cases.
