Petitioners are in custody in connection with Miscellaneous Excise Case No. 47 of 2019, PR No. 132 of 2018 for the offence under section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case total 400.05 liters of Nepali liquor was seized.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are in custody since 22.1.2019.

No.44341 of 2019(2) dt.18-07-2019 2/2 Considering the fact that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they have remained in custody for nearly six months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge 2nd cum Special Judge Excise, Supaul, in connection with Miscellaneous Excise Case No. 47 of 2019, PR No. 132 of 2018.
