2. The petitioner is in custody since 30.05.2023 in connection with Chowk P.S. Case No. 297 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. Sixty litres of liquor has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to local politics. He submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession or from the premises of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery of wine.

5. In view of the aforementioned facts and
