2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 571 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, when the family member of the deceased reached at the place of occurrence, the deceased told them that the petitioner and two other co-accused had shot him and stabbed him.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 2.4.2024 and he is accused in 11 more cases.

5. Considering the gravity of the offence and the materials available on record, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

7. During the course of argument it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that charges have not been framed in this case yet.

8. In view of the above, the Court below is directed frame the charges at the earliest as the case is of the year 2019. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
