It appears that the Probate Case No.06 of 1997/01 of

Patna High Court CWJC No.21112 of 2014 (3) dt.30-08-2018 2001 filed by the plaintiffs-respondents has been dismissed in default by order dated 30.01.2018 and so this application has become infructuous.

In view of above facts and circumstances, this writ application is disposed off. The petitioner is at liberty to raise his grievance in the event of restoration of the aforesaid suit. (Sanjay Kumar, J) Harish/- U
