Perused the order dated 26.03.2015. The learned Single Judge has committed no error by dismissing the Writ Application refusing to entertain the Writ Application with regard to termination of the petitioner effected in the year 1991 which was sought to be challenged or again a similar kind of prayer was tried to be made

Patna High Court LPA No.1873 of 2015 dt.06-09-2017 2/2 which had already been entertained in CWJC No. 2205 of 1996, disposed of on 22.05.1997.

No case is made out for interference with the order of the learned Single Judge.

Appeal is dismissed.
