2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

"That the present writ petition is being preferred for the writ of mandamus for commanding and directing concern authority related to payments of pensionery benefit including final pension and gratuity earn leave provident fund leave incashment group insurance on L.I.C.

including others emoluments for which she is entitled in accordance with law on the ground of superannuation from service after attaining upper age limits on 31.01.2016 as well as subsequent prayer relate related to payment of an interest at market rate upon delayed payment rate upon delayed payment till actual payment to said

At the very outset, it is common ground at the Bar that the matter stands covered by a Full Bench decision of this Court in the case of Arvind Kumar Singh vs. State of Bihar reported as 2018(2) PLJR 933. It has also been pointed out that based on the same, the matter has finally been disposed off by judgment and order dated 13.07.2018.

4. In view thereof, the present writ application stands disposed off in terms of the order dated 13.07.2018 in Arvind Kumar Singh (supra).
