JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-02-2018 The petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer portion of the bail petition.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected with a direction to the learned Court concerned to conclude the trial within six month.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that up till now, cognizance has been taken and trial has not yet been commenced. The petitioner is in custody since about a year and he has no criminal antecedent.

Heard the learned A.P.P. also.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2832 of 2018 (4) dt.28-02-2018 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., IV, Patna in connection with Shashtri Nagar P.S. Case No.131 of 2017 on condition that one bailor should be local person having properties in the jurisdiction of the Court and petitioner will cooperate in trial and remain present, as and when required by the Court.
