In view of filing of the charge-sheet, learned counsel for the petitioners, after some argument, upon appreciation of the circumstances, submits that the petitioners may be allowed to withdraw this writ application with a liberty to move this Court under the Code of Criminal Procedure for an appropriate relief if and when the Court below takes cognizance.
