JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 06-08-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 27.11.2008 passed in Misc (Supply) Appeal Case No. 91/2008 passed by the District Magistrate, Gopalganj whereby and whereunder the PDS licence of the petitioner bearing No. 33 of 1985 has been cancelled.

2. At the very outset this Court takes note that the petitioner has approached this Court after an inordinate delay of about six years for redressal of his grievances, which relates to the year 2008. The petitioner is clearly pursuing a stale claim and is not entitled to
