JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-08-2018 The learned counsel for the Housing Board has submitted that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 12.02.2015 passed in CWJC no. 18544 of 2010, a final decision has been taken by the Board, as is contained in Memo. No. 1892 dated 17.04.2018 issued by the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna. Thus, I find that the order of this Court dated 12.02.2015 has already been complied with, hence the present petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
