The petitioner apprehend their arrest in Keoti P.S. Case No. 206 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 328 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case is that daughter of the informant Arti was married with one Amarjeet Yadav about five years ago and she gave birth a male child from the said wedlock. It is alleged

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43541 of 2019(3) dt.11-09-2019 2/3 that all the accused persons started torturing informant's daughter on account of non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. On 20.11.2018 a message came on the mobile of his son that his sister was lying unconscious at the Bus Stand Qaidirabad. On this information, the son of informant arrived there and brought his sister at the Clinic of Dr. Shabbir where Arti Kumari died during treatment.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner no. 1 and 2 are brothers-in-law, petitioner no. 3 is sister-in-law, petitioner no. 4. is mother-in-law and petitioner no. 5 is father-in-law. Petitioner no. 6 is Gotani of deceased. All the petitioners are living separately and have no manner of concern with the family affairs of deceased and his husband. A joint compromise petition has been signed by both the parties. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate
