2. The petitioner had moved the Court for the following reliefs:

"That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders and direction/directions and commanding to the authorities concerned to make payment of Retiral benefits to the petitioner such as pension, gratuity, Leave Encashment, Group Insurance and General Provident Fund Amount alongwith interest at the rate of 18% and with penal interest for delaying payment and for grant of any other necessary relief/reliefs to

3. However, after some arguments, Mr. Kedar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ application itself.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.

5. Interlocutory Application No. 1603 of 2017 stands disposed off.
