The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 363 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation is that the informant's daughter had gone to School, but she did not return back from School and she is traceless.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 22.09.2017 and has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. In course of investigation, it has come that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75957 of 2018(3) dt.02-05-2019 2/2 out of love affairs the petitioner and the victim had left the house. There is no allegation of sexual or physical abuse alleged against the petitioner.
On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. VI, Danapur in connection with Special Child case No.45 of 2018 arising out of Maner P.S. case No.277 of 2017. (Sudhir Singh, J) Narendra/- U T
