2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:

"(i) To issue an appropriate writ, order, direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the show cause notice bearing F.No. NNET(UG)-2024/63 dated 20.06.2024 issued under the signature of Director (Exams), the National Testing Agency, whereunder the petitioner has been asked to furnish her show cause in relation to alleged indulgence in unfair means practice, and the result of the petitioner has been withheld (Annexure-P/5).

(ii) To issue an appropriate writ, order, direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to re-publish the result of the petitioner that had been previously published on 04.06.2024. (iii) To issue an appropriate writ, order, direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to permit the petitioner to participate in the counselling commencing on 06.07.2024.

(iv) To any other relief for which the petitioner appears to be found entitled by the Hon'ble Court."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of this Court's detailed order dated 07.08.2024, this writ application becomes infructuous.

4. Accordingly, this writ application stands disposed of as having become infructuous.
