1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State Mr. Chandra Bhushan Prasad.
2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 74, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S.S.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that the accused persons came to his house at 2.00 P.M. and Bipin assaulted him by an iron rod, causing injury on head, thereafter Kundan assaulted his wife by an iron rod causing injury near right eye, while Ganesh assaulted by rod causing

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that on account of dispute relating to land, an altercation took place in which both side assaulted each other and from the side of the petitioners Athmalgola P.S. Case No.96/2025 was instituted against the side of the informant and others. It is also submitted that injury suffered by the injured is simple in nature, as would manifest from the injury report, annexed as Annexure-2 to the anticipatory bail application, which amply demonstrates that petitioners never had any intention of committing a serious occurrence. It is also submitted that petitioners are not criminals and the side of the informant also assaulted them.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like
