10-08-2017 After some argument, considering the fact that husband of the petitioner no.1 was superannuated from an area, which lies within the State of Jharkhand, ofcourse in the year 1997, learned counsel for petitioners, in presence of Smt. Silpa Singh, learned Govt. Advocate - 12 as well as learned counsel for State of Jharkhand, makes a prayer for withdrawal of the writ petition so that petitioner may approach the court of competent jurisdiction.
