2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a representation on 25.04.2024 before the respondent no.4, which has not been disposed of as yet.

3. In such view of the matter, I direct the petitioner to file a fresh representation within four weeks before the respondent no.4 and respondent no.4 would be obliged to pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within eight weeks thereafter.
