JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02/ 24.02.2016 It is pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioner that in prayer portion of the petition in place of Complaint case no. 61C/2015, it has wrongly been typed as Complaint case no. 61C/2013 and the same defect has occurred in order no.2 dated 11.02.2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer portion of the petition within course of the day and similarly, in order no. 2 dated 11.02.2016 in place of Complaint case no. 61C/2013, it be read as Complaint case no. 61C/2015.

Accordingly, the above stated order dated 11.02.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 4739/2016 stands modified to the above stated extent.
