Petitioner is an accused in a case registered for offence under sections 414, 420, 467, 468,379 and 34 of the IPC. Counsel for the petitioner submits that prior to the lodging of this case, he is not accused in other case. He submits that the petitioner is bona fide holder of alleged recovered material of ATM card and Rs.7000/- from him. Petitioner is in custody since 1.11.2017.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in Nawada town Police Station Case No. 748 of 2017 on the

No.725 of 2018 (2) dt.15-01-2018 2/2 following conditions:- (i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the Petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the Petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the Petitioner.

(ii) That the Petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
