The petitioner has filed this petition for modification of order dated 27.03.2019 passed in Cr. Misc.No.18455 of 2019 by which she was granted anticipatory bail and to extend the period of surrender in the court of learned A.D.J. I, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Bithan P.S. Case No.148 of 2017 corresponding to S.T. No.127 of 2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a lady and on account of some misunderstanding she could not surrender in the court below.

Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is a lady, the period of surrender in the court of learned A.D.J. I, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Bithan P.S. Case No.148

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40447 of 2019(3) dt.07-08-2019 2/2 of 2017 corresponding to S.T. No.127 of 2019 is extended for two weeks from today. Let this order be read as part of order dated 27.03.2019 passed in Cr. Misc.No.18455 of 2019. Accordingly, this modification petition is allowed to that extent.
