Petitioner is in custody in connection with Khagaria (Chitragupta Nagar) P.S. Case No. 545 of 2018 for the offence under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 o the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He submits that the specific allegation in the instant case is against Shekhar Sahni. Learned counsel further submits that except suspicion there is no material to connect this petitioner in the commission of crime.

Petitioner is in custody since 17.8.2018.
