2. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Basopatti P.S. Case No-163/2026 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 274, 275, 3(5) of BNS and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

3. As per the allegation in the FIR, total 240 litres illicit Nepali liquor was recovered from the sacks which were kept on the motorcycles.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner has no concern with the recovered liquor. He

5. Learned APP appearing on behalf of the State vehemently opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and also submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of learned Exclusive Special Judge Excise Act, Madhubani in connection with Basopatti P.S.
