JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 21-08-2017 In view of the statement made in the supplementary counter affidavit wherein it has been stated that the rooms which were sealed have already been unsealed and inventory has been prepared. It will be relevant to quote paragraph nos. 5 and 6 of the supplementary counter affidavit: "That it is humbly submitted on behalf of answering respondents that in pursuance of order of this Hon'ble Ciourt dated 19.6.2017 passed in the instant case, District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur vide his letter no. 2416/vidhi dated 24.6.2017 directed Circle Officer, Katra to comply the aforesaid order of this Hon'ble Court.

That in pursuance of aforesaid direction of District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, the four rooms of the house of the petitioner in question have been unsealed with the inventory in the presence of team headed by Magistrate and rooms in

Patna High Court CWJC No.12250 of 2015 (7) dt.21-08-2017 question have been handed over to petitioner on 3.7.2017 and in this connection Circle Officer, Katra vide his letter no.632 dated 3.7.2017 has already submitted his report regarding unsealing the four rooms of the house of the petitioner". In such view of the matter, this writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

Accordingly this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
