JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-02-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Naurangiya PS Case No. 4 of 2016 registered under Section 392 of the IPC. The allegation in brief is that Adya Kewat and Munna Kushwaha looted vehicle of the informant after disembarking the driver from the vehicle along with other persons. Submission is that the petitioner is not named in the FIR, he has been implicated merely on the basis of confessional statement of Adya Kewar, similarly situated other co-accused Sunil has been admitted to bail by this Court and the petitioner was not put on TIP.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Vijay Singh @ Vijay Kumar Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM II Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Naurangiy PS Case No. 4 of 2016.
