1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ(s), order(s), direction(s), to the respondent authorities particularly the respondent Circle officer, Ghosi to get Khata No. 688 Plot No. 01, Area 22 Acres 89 decimal situated at Hulasganj measured and demarcated as on part of the said plot the Block Office building and building of other government offices are constructed and part of the said plot has been encroached and being claimed by respondent no. 05, who objected

The petitioner further prays that if on measurement of the land it is found that the respondent No. 05 has encroached the public land the respondent authorities be directed to initiate an encroachment proceeding and remove the encroachment so that the work being done in the interest of general public may not be disturbed."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Ghosi, District-Jehanabad, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
