JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 11-09-2017 It is pointed out by learned counsel for opposite parties that after considering the directions issued by this Court, vide order dated 21.08.2015 punishment has been imposed upon the petitioner. As such, the punishment order has been challenged in C.W.J.C. No. 3344 of 2016.

In view of the above, we do not find any action to be taken in the present application in view of the fact that the order has been complied with.

However, we grant liberty to the petitioner to prosecute the order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 3344 of 2016 in an

Patna High Court MJC No.2310 of 2015 (3) dt.11-09-2017 2/2 application.

Finding no case for making indulgence in the matter, this application stands disposed of.
