Case No.150 of 2014 dated 04.08.2014 registered under Sections 323, 498A and 494 of the Indian Penal Code.

2. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the FIR annexed with the present application.

3. The allegations made in the FIR do attract ingredients of cognizable offence. In that view of the matter, I see no merit in the

The application is, accordingly, dismissed.
