Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 584 of 2017, registered under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that the petitioner being the examinee at the examination center of Mohania College, Kaimur, bearing roll no. 7719220377 moved from examination center with carbon copy of the O.M.R. sheet.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that while the carbon copy of the O.M.R. sheet is to be

No.39977 of 2020(2) dt.19-07-2021 2/2 attached with the answer sheet, but, by mistake the same was not properly annexed and misplaced from the original sheet, due to that reason the petitioner, who is student and preparing the competitive examination has falsely been implicated in this case.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender, within a period of four weeks from today, in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 584 of 2017 shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua, or the successor Court subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Criminal Procedure Code.
