====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 21-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Kotwali P.S. Case No. 485 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 417, 418, 419, 420, 120B of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 66(B) and 66 (D) of I.T. Act, 2000.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. There is no money transaction with this petitioner. He has been made accused only on suspicion and Police has recorded his confessional statement. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that co-accused Munna Kumar and Sujit Kumar have already been granted bail by coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 11.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 72690 of 2018.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.76229 of 2018(3) dt.21-01-2019 2/2 Petitioner is in custody since 15.8.2018 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 485 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
