04-09-2018 In view of the statements made in paragraph 5 (vi) and (vii) of the show cause dated 04.09.2018 filed on behalf of the opposite party No. 3, it appears that the order of the learned writ court has been complied with. This contempt application is thus disposed of in terms of the stand taken on behalf of the opposite party but with liberty to the petitioner that in case he has any grievance with respect to any payment the same may be brought to the notice of the competent authority.
It is the stand of the University that they have made payment from their internal resources while seeking funds from
Patna High Court MJC No.1582 of 2016 (7) dt.04-09-2018 the State Government. This court has nothing to offer on such submission which is a matter which has to be dealt by the University and they have to persuade the State Government for such funds.
