The learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, submits that the petitioner be permitted to make a request before the Regional Deputy Director of Education, Saran Division at Chapra regarding her posting at school, where she is posted as well as regarding other grievances and the Regional Deputy Director of Education, Saran Division at Chapra be directed to consider her case sympathetically.

In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the respondent no. 4 within a period of two weeks from today and in case, such a representation is filed within two weeks, the respondent no. 4 shall consider the same and dispose of the same in accordance with law by a speaking order within a period of 08 weeks thereafter. 3.
