JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 25-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 410 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 395, 397, 412 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation in the instant case is that the petitioner along with others lifted the bag of the petitioner carrying money on pistol point.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 02.07.2018. He submits that the petitioner was not put on T.I.P. till date Considering the fact that the petitioner has not been put on T.I.P. as yet, the Court directs the concerned to conduct

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71664 of 2018(3) dt.25-01-2019 2/2 T.I.P. of this petitioner within a period of one month from today.
