2. The present Cr. Misc. application has been filed for modification of order dated 26.03.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 89854 of 2024 due to the reason that in paragraph no.3(i) & (iii) of bail application in Cr. Misc. No. 89854 of 2024, Supaul P.S. Case No.951 of 2013 has inadvertently been typed in place of Supaul P.S. Case No.267 of 2013; and Shivan P.S. Case No.114 of 2019 has inadvertently been typed in place of Guthani P.S. Case No.114 of 2019. As such, in the order sheet dated 26.03.2025 in paragraph no.8(i) & (iii), Supaul P.S. Case No.951 of 2013 and Shivan P.S. Case No.114 of 2019 have been typed which requires modification. Counsel further submits that this mistake has occurred in the bail order due to wrong

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45052 of 2025(3) dt.08-08-2025 2/2 mentioning of case numbers in paragraph no.3 of bail application in Cr. Misc. No. 89854 of 2024. Counsel submits that, by virtue of filing the present application under Section 528 of the B.N.S.S., 2023, he is requesting the Court to exercise its inherent powers to make necessary corrections in the order sheet.

3. Learned A.P.P for the State has no objection for the same.

4. As such, in light of the submissions made, let 'Supaul P.S. Case No. 951 of 2013' be read as 'Supaul P.S. Case No. 267 of 2013', and 'Shivan P.S. Case No. 114 of 2019' be read as 'Guthani P.S. Case No. 114 of 2019' in paragraph no.8(i) & (iii) of the order dated 26.03.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 89854 of 2024. The time granted for furnishing the bail bond within 30 days shall be counted from today.

5. Accordingly, with the aforesaid direction, the present Cr. Misc. application is hereby allowed and order dated 26.03.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 89854 of 2024 is modified up to that extent.
