KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-02-2021 This application has been filed by the petitioner for modification of order dated 29.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7945 of 2020, whereby petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail. One of the conditions therein was that he should surrender within four weeks from the date of the order. However, it is submitted that the petitioner, due to the reasons mentioned in this application, could not surrender within the aforesaid period and, thus, petitioner seeks extension of the time for surrender. In the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1999 of 2021(2) dt.10-02-2021 2/2 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 7945 of 2020 is extended for eight weeks from today.
