2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Banka Mahila P.S. Case No. 22 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 65(1), 62, 331(1), 352 of the BNS and under Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of having attempted to commit rape with the victim.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 22.04.2025.

5. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, this application is allowed.

Case No. 22 of 2025.
