JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 29-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sessions Trial No. 35 of 2018, arising out of Gogri P.S. Case No. 125 of 2017, for the offence under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code has been added.

Considering the materials that has come during course of investigation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for grant of bail of the petitioner is rejected.

However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within a period of nine months on day-to-day basis.
