2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 105 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 140(3), 115, 352, 351(2) 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. Allegedly the petitioner along with others kidnapped the informant and took him on a motorcycle on Gudri Bazar, thereafter he was beaten and threatened to kill, if he did not leave the place.

4. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that a protest was made by the informant regarding the petitioner's proximity with a girl and when the same was opposed, his name has been implicated in this case. The informant has neither sustained any abrasion/injury nor any valuable has been

Moreover the accused and the informant are coworkers in bakery factory and on account of a quarrel, the owner of the bakery factory ousted the informant from there and, besides the fact, while the petitioner was found engaged with a girl he was warned by her father and only in order to oust the petitioner from his way, the present F.I.R. case to be instituted. The petitioner is a boy of tender age, having absolutely clean antecedent and he undertakes that he will fully cooperate in the investigation or proceeding of the court.

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State opposed the bail application.

6. Regard being had to the submissions made on behalf of the parties and taking note of the accusation, coupled with the fact that the informant had not sustained any injury, besides the fair antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 105 of 2025, subject to the condition as laid down
