The petitioner is in custody in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No. 251 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 25, 35 of the Arms Act and 17, 18, 20, 30, 49 of U.A.P. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that he was one of the persons assembled with a view to loot of businessman and on search arms were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He is in custody since 26.12.2018.
Considering the period of custody, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41070 of 2019(2) dt.03-07-2019 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, District Gaya in connection with Gurua P.S.
